Improvement of Raven's Armor, Aerondight, Moon Blade, Ard'aenye, D'yaebl, Gwalhir and G'valchir (Mahakaman Rune Sihil).
You can buy those items from Mysterious Merchant in Act1.
You can buy schematics to upgrade them in Act2 from Lasota (blacksmith helper in Kaedwani camp) or Mael (elf near gate in Vergen).

Many thanks to sirRoben who made icons and descriptions (English and Polish) for this mod (I just add Czech version), so no more missing icons and "Tooltip..." instead of "Steel sword"
